Lust is so important that it is included in the Ten Commandments. “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbourour’s” (Ex. 20:17)
By definition alone the two differ in that, love is based on an affinity while lust is based solely on desire.
Love is profound, deep and infinite.
Lust on the other hand is a temporary longing, a shallow feeling and one-dimensional craving.
The difference is like between a beautiful soul and body. I will never get bored with love but I will probably with Lust.
The feeling of Love is great, never get me tired.
Lust will get me nowhere. All I get is the middle of nowhere. Lust is a missing road. I should not go into it.
Love not Lust. Love does not ask for physical possession.
I am lucky enough to have Love and I want to have true Love, real Love. Not Lust please.
My little princess can place my wants and needs ahead of her own desires.
I love the way she cares for me. The way she shouts at me which very often show the sense of thoughtfulness of selflessness, of love.
I do not want to lose that Love at hands of Lust.
I love and am loved not lust.
I go the road I choose. Love is giving, lust is taking.
What to know about the report.
