Bia - Martial Art. BE AWARE!!

Bia shows me clearly that STAND IS DECISIVE. Good and firm stand will give me all to make a good shot.
Good stand makes a good Aware.
I have lived 20 years most of the time in a unreal world which is really stupid and brings me only failures. I need to get over it. Look out the world. Be AWARE. That is the core of Meditation and Zen, the formula of success I feel but was not able to express.
