My desire

I have only one desire: Mind and body become One. The mind does not go far and forget the body, It should connect and be One with the body. The mind will eliminate useless thinking and return to body. These loved parts must become One because they belong to each other.

I hate my ignorance. I want to cry. I could not live like that any more. I have lived like that 21 years. It is too much, more than enough. I could not live in delusions, unreal world any more. Stop useless thinking, stop immediately. Stop or I will kill myself because I could not live with it any more. No more. It is so annoying and will kill me.
