The way to kill useless thinking is SHUT UP

All thinking about myself is USELESS.
That is why no self is so important in Buddhism.
The solution is SHUT UP about myself. Never say a word about myself. I do not need others to understand me through words. Look at my actions.
That is a lesson of Marxism: believe in Actions rather than words. All are self interested so they will do every way to cheat in Words.
