What is justice

Justice concerns the proper orderings of persons and things within a society.
(N after a preposition always requires an article unless it is unaccountable .)

Justice as divine commanding:
Is something right because God commands it or God commands it because it is right?

Justice will become natural law. Third of Newton's law of motions: every action needs an equal and opposite action.

Against it, Justice is considered as a human creation.
Division between Justice is the creation of some humans and all humans.
Hobbes: authoritative command: similar to divine command but state replaced God.
Justice as trickery: the interest of the strong.

Theories of Distributive justice

Theories of Retributive justice:
concern with punishment of wrongdoings.

Reason for punishment is to maximization of welfare.
