Sleep

I have missed a lot of things because I did not sleep properly.

I feel pretty happy today with myself because I was pretty useful, be capable of doing some work, finishing my exercises and I did go out more recently. Cook something.

I will need to keep track of doing a good job in sleeping which will brighten my future.

That is uncompromisable thing I will continue to do it. 10-7 is my divine time for sleep.

Improved sleep enhances my endurance.
