Rousseau

The invention of property is the humanity's fall from grace of the state of Nature.
Having introduced property, initial conditions of inequality is pronounced.
Have property, it is in their interest to create a government to protect.
The contract which claims is of everyone's interest equally is of interest of few stronger and richer.
We must resolve these problems through the capacity to choose how we ought to live.
We judge ourselves through comparisons with others.
Be Aware.

Since a return to the State of Nature is neither feasible nor desirable, the purpose of politics is to restore freedom to us, reconciling who we truly are and how we live together.
How can we be free and live together.
Submit our will to general will.
All men are created by nature to be equal, no one has rights to govern others but only the authority is generated out of agreement or convention.
They must make themselves conform to the general will, they must be forced to be free.
