Self interest

That is the thing everyone follow.
But it will not satisfy if I focus on myself. Because the best thing I could do for myself, my body is: Rest, do nothing, relaxed. That is what I want.
But it is not of interest. I will limit my life could not extend my life.
Fight poverty to improve my strength, to satisfy my soul. Connect Body and Mind into One.

Selfish and self interested are totally different, even opposite.
Selfish is the enemy of self interested.
