It is not academic achievement. Ability to think but ability to Act.
Ability to work. Therefore, deadline is more meaningful than any knowledge I have ever got. It is the bridge. It is what guides me to WORK. Work ability is the definition of Talent.

Get the job done, be helpful and useful that is talented, not be able to think.
