Controlling motivation
Applications
Education : students need to be motivated.
Business: Money
Money will be my Goal at least in the next 10 years or lesss.
Taylor: worker motivation is solely determined by pay, therefore management need not consider the psychological or social aspects of work.
In essence scientific management bases human motivation wholly on extrinsic rewards of work and discard the idea of intrinsic rewards.
