Social contract.

Never deliberately let anyone outside my family know I read Social Contract. It brings no good. Shut that voice.

Never use the name of the books as a way to increase my value . Use its content. That is my understanding.

Donot show the way to Earn money and Love.
Try to unite what right sanctions with interest in order that justice and utility will not be divided.

If I am a prince or legistrator , I should not waste time saying what wants doing, I should do or hold my peace.
The right of voting on them, make it my duty to study on them.
Can not fight against the bad if I am not better than the bad.
The incentive of the good is that it has the potential to transcend the bad greatly.
1. The subject of the first book.
Man is born free but everywhere he is in chains. One thinks he is master of others but still remain the greater slave than them.
Social order is a sacred right which does not come from nature, but based on conventions.
2. First societies.
The most ancient of all societies the only one is natural is families. Children attached to parent because they need him for preservations. It is natural. Then independence, if they live together, it is based on conventions.
This common liberty results from the nature of men. His first law is to provide for his own presevations.
His first cares are those to whom he owes to himself .Reach year of discretion, he judge the way of preserving himself and become his own master.
The family becomes the first model of political societies: Ruler is father, the people to the children.
All being born free and equal, only alien their freedom for their own advantage.

Grotius: men are divided into herds with the ruler.
Aristote: Men are by no means equal naturally. Some for slavery and some for dominion.
He was right but took the effect for the cause.

If then if there are slaves by nature, it is because there have been slaves against nature. Force made first slaves and their cowardice perpetuated the condition.

3. The right of the Strongest.
The strongest is never strong enough to always be the master unless he transforms strength into right and obedience into duty.
THe right of the strongest is laid down as a fundamental principle.

Force is a physical power and I fail to see any moral effects it can have.
To yield to force is an act of necessity not will an act of prudence. In what sense can it be a duty?
As long as it is possible to disobey with impunity, disobedience is legitimate.
The strongest always in the right. The matter is to act to become the strongest.
The word Right adds nothing to force. In this connection, it means absolutely nothing.
What kind of Right is that perishes when force fails.
All power come from God, I admit but so does sickness. Do we call doctors?
Let us then admit that Force does not create Right and we only obey to legitimate powers.

My feeling in AIESEC is because of my poor English. I must overcome it. I must have a perfect English.

4. Slavery
Assume force creates no right. We must conclude that convention forms the basic of the legitimate authority among men.
(Shut that mouth and I have a much better awareness which is critical to work.)
That mouth makes me hard to sleep. Whenever I could not sleep or relax, develop hatred towards that voice. It is not pleasant at all.
That is the hardest thing but the only thing will unleash wholly my potential. Shut that voice to open my potential.
Meditate to shut that Voice. Become an intelligent robot with no voice about myself.
Shut that voice means Meditate. I must try to meditate for the whole day.
Even each man can alienate himself, they can not alienate their children. They are free born men.
To renounce liberty is to renounce being a man, surrender to its rights of humanity and duties.
No indemnity is possible.
To remove all liberty from his will is to remove all morality from his acts.
His right being mine, my right be against myself is void of meaning.
Grotius find in WARS.
Buy life in price of liberty.
Slave and right contradict each other, mutually exclusive.

War is constituted by a relation between things, and not between persons.
The right of conquest has no foundation than the right of the strongest.
The right of slavery is NULL and VOID.

5. That we must always go back to the first convention.
Difference between subduing and ruling.
The law of majority voting is itself established by a convention.
