Intrinsic motivation does not exist

Intrinsic is doing what we want. Extrinsic is doing something to get something else.
Do for fun is wasteful, useless. Practice Karate to be strong.

When we motivate we develop INCENTIVES.

For me, EXTRINSIC motivation is stronger, more stable , clearer, and achievable than intrinsic motivation.
