Everyone seems to agree that the higher form of political life is hard to sustain without some minimal level of wealth.
Question: Why some societies get rich and others do not.
Culture and economic development.
Culture or natural conditions?
Getting lucky isnt about culture but staying lucky is.
Culture is not all that matters but it is the long lasting difference.
There is no question that physical geography can make an enormous difference but again, it is rarely a lasting difference.
Culture count more in long haul than other factors.
